This project was developed as part of my Master’s in UX Design, focusing on the redesign of Banco Sabadell’s digital platforms to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience. The main objective was to enhance the banking experience by addressing key pain points identified through research and iterative design processes.
The research analyzed user behavior within Banco Sabadell’s digital platforms, identifying major usability barriers such as complex navigation, inefficient transaction flows, and accessibility gaps. Using both qualitative and quantitative research methods, we developed a user-centered design solution to improve interaction with the bank’s services.
The project adopted a user-centered design (UCD) approach, focusing on user needs and interaction improvements. Through iterative design and usability testing, the final redesign enhanced transaction clarity, security, and mobile responsiveness.
The final design reduced user frustration, improved transaction clarity, and enhanced overall banking security, leading to a more seamless and user-friendly experience.
This project demonstrates our ability to conduct in-depth UX research and apply strategic design thinking to create a more efficient, accessible, and secure digital banking experience for Banco Sabadell users.
