Academic project
Redesigning Banco Sabadell’s Digital Experience
An academic UX project focused on enhancing Banco Sabadell's web and mobile banking platforms. Through heuristic evaluation, benchmarking, interviews, and surveys, the project identified key usability issues. The redesign process included user personas, journey mapping, and iterative prototyping, culminating in usability testing to validate improvements.
